There is a small community building with a deck next to the arena for everyone’s use which has an outside BBQ area and inside there is a pool table, large screen TV, BYOB bar and a bandstand where jam sessions are held. The property backs up to state land so there is lots of places to ride, walk or go 4-wheeling.RV Spaces are $25 night. Pipe horse pens are $4/Day. Roping practice is $25. Hay available for purchase on site.
