Welcome to our home in a quiet neighborhood that provides all the comforts and amenities of your home. Relax in your private pool (w/optional heating) surrounded by palms and a spacious covered patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy outdoor living with the large turf area, BBQ grill, outdoor TV, and fire table or unwind on the front porch swing.**Pool Heat is optional and has an additional $65-$70 daily cost (dependent on length of stay) to cover natural gas expenses and must be paid prior to check-in. If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know at the time of booking.*Ring Security Doorbell at the front door.*By booking a reservation you are confirming you have read and agree to the House Rules.The large and open kitchen is fully stocked including coffee and a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, large griddle, dishware, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, blender, and more.There are additional Smart TV’s in the living room and master bedroom (with your own subscriptions).
