Back Bay #11 – Elevated 2nd floor townhouse located at Back Bay 11 on Folly Beach. The clean and stylish property boasts two balconies, views of a tidal marsh and is only a short walk to Center Street and the beach. The main living area has open flow between the kitchen and living room with a queen bedroom and full bath located on the main floor. 2nd floor- Master bedroom has a king bed with attached bathroom tub/shower combo and a screened in porch off the master. The third bedroom (also on 2nd floor) includes a queen size bed. There is a crib located in the master bedroom walk in closet. Crib sheets are not provided. There is a baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. There is a propane gas grill located on the exterior ground level. The townhouse is equipped with a washer/dryer.There is parking for two cars in the garage.There is no pool access at this townhouse.Things to know:-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed.
