As you enter the front door, you will get that lodge-type feel with a huge open floor plan, lakeside, high ceilings, and beautifully exposed beams. The main living area is entirely open providing great flow from the kitchen, dining, and great room areas, and is a perfect place for families and friends to reconnect and enjoy a few days away! On the lakeside of the property, you can enjoy some of the best views of Lake Norman available by enjoying a huge screened-in porch with plenty of outdoor seating for all guests.NEW! Fire pit coming Spring of 2024On the main level, you will find the master bedroom and a guest bedroom with 2 bunks. On the lower level via a separate entrance, you’ll find a completely separate suite with a bedroom and private bathroom.Don’t forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons – delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!Have a boat or jet ski? Bring it with you and keep it at the private dock on the property.*** If you have a larger family and are looking for 2 places near each other, please contact us as there is a separate 5 bedroom home that is also a vacation rental right next door****** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations.*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.*** Pet fee of $150 per dog – up to two dogs allowed
