Located in the heart of East Austin, you can easily wander into any of the city’s highly acclaimed restaurants and legendary nightlife districts, including Rainey St, 6th St, and Downtown, all blocks away in any direction. If the average temp during your stay is below 55 degrees, then we are not able to heat the pool. You must let us know a 48 hours in advance of check in day if you wish to have the pool heated upon your arrival**-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
