The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.Must be 30 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.No local bookings without 3.5 star reviews or approval from host.Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.No pets are allowed at the home.No smoking is allowed on the property.
