You will experience cardinal birds just outside of the master bedroom, and a cloud of white cranes on the large lake tree just outside your living room window at 7pm during summer to fall. This is when they decide its bed time! You can see these beautiful white birds walking in line just outside your front door around 5-6pm as well. If trash exceeds valet size please take it to the DUMPSTER located by the clubhouse including ALL cardboard boxes.There will be FEE of $100 from your security deposit if this is not done as my property gets fined if there is trash outside the valet bin.ABSOLUTELY No Smoking inside home nor outside screened patio balconies. $500 FEEPlease Dry yourself before hanging out inside the home.Keep food in dining and kitchen areas not in bedrooms or living rooms.If there are dirty dishes please put them ALL in the dishwasher and run dishwasher to clean. Guest is responsible for buying dishwasher soap during their stay.$50 fee for dirty dishes left behind.Any dirty towels please leave in a pile on bathroom floorPlease do not leave sliding doors open (patio) while AC is running.Please do not lower AC below 73 degrees F.Please use colored towels for pool and bring back all towels back from community pool.Everything is inventoried.
