This Studio apartment has a full kitchen. There is a comfy queen size captain’s bed with storage underneath and ample closet and drawer space. Side tables are laptop tables to provide a workspace. Amenities include Smart TV, Cable, free Wifi, coin op washer and Dryer, there is a gas BBQ with table and chairs on a shared patio space. 2 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and Boogie Boards are provided and stored in the garage with the laundry. This is a ground floor unit. There is a small bathroom with a NEW SHOWER!. Street Parking only. Quite hours are very important. No animals allowed on property due to allergies.
