There is a newly remodeled full kitchen with quartz waterfall island, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sparkling heated pool and jacuzzi. Lounge in our spacious private terrace with 20ft floating deck and a concrete fire put table. Stay cool indoors in the summer, with our Nest cooling system.—ParkingThere is a two-car garage for covered parking. Driveway and street parking are also available. When parking on the street please do not block the mailboxes. Street sweeping day is every first Tuesday of the month except after holidays.—Parties or Events or Extra GuestsWe do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property.Please be kindly noticed that all extra guests should be approved by host prior to arrival. Extra guests will need to leave the property by 9pm according to the County’s STR Reinforcement Code. Any unapproved visitor will be charged $200 per person according to the House Rules in the listing. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.—Smart TVWe have a smart TV in the house, please log in with your account.—BackyardEnjoy 4-hole putting green mini golf area and conversation lounging area by the fire pit.Relax in 2 of our hammocks in the corner of the property with panoramic view of the entire backyard covered in 2100 sq ft of brand new artificial turf.—JacuzziPlease notify us if you need Spa/Pool heating at least one day before your arrival. The heating fee is $100 per day.Please do not put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for their own safety.—PoolAnyone under 18 needs an adult present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool. All guests will take full liability and responsibility for their own and their guests’ safety. The heating fee is $100 per day.Please notify us if you need Spa/Pool heating at least one day before you need it. *Pool service is every Monday and Thursday.—DishesPlease load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash.
