Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department – $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we’ll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We’re not responsible for lost mail.5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.7) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don’t dispose of plasticware; wash and store them. Pool heating: $100/day of your reservation; hot tub is free.8) Day of Arrival:Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.9) Check-In/Out Info & Requests:• Check-in: 4:00pm – 6:00pm, $100/hr before 4:00pm or after 6:00pm. Early check-in before 12:00pm incurs a full day fee.• Check-out: 10:00am, $100/hr after 10:00am. Late check-out after 12:00pm incurs a full day fee.• For early/late check-in or late check-out, notify us a day in advance in writing. Approval depends on various factors beyond our control, e.g., property condition, maintenance, staff availability, and unforeseen issues. We’ll try to accommodate your request, but approval IS NOT GUARANTEED. Please inform us promptly of your request.10) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.Parking:4-5 cars inside.Pre Stocking:We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.Cleanliness:We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don’t. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company.
