The spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room all flow effortlessly into each other, making one great room for socializing and hanging out. The high ceilings (9 foot!) and floor-to-ceiling curtains add drama and class. Natural light floods into the space in the mornings, welcoming you to another wonderful day in Charlotte.LIVING ROOMThe centerpiece of the large living room is a beautiful fireplace adorned with a reclaimed wood mantle, providing a cozy ambiance that invites relaxation and connection. The electric fireplace (with a remote for changing colors) instantly sets the mood. The large leather sectional makes the perfect spot for watching a movie on the 65″ Samsung big screen TV (loaded with all the apps; no cable). After a long day of exploring or traveling into Charlotte, this is the perfect retreat! NOTE: Outdoor noise is permitted only between the hours of 8am-10pm. Please only book our home if you are ready to be a good neighbor!FIRST FLOOR TWIN ROOMBack on the first floor, you’ll find a second double twin bedroom. There is a desk and chair in this room if someone needs to get some work or studying done with the high speed internet. Like the other rooms, this bedroom features blackout curtains and an overhead fan. Extra blankets in the closet.HALF BATHThere is a half bath on the main floor, making our home complete with 2.5 bathrooms to go between the four bedrooms.LARGE GROUPSWith 4 bedrooms and 8 beds, this home is perfect for large groups. This quiet neighborhood is the perfect home base for your time in Charlotte.GETTING AROUNDA car is recommended but not required as Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful. No smoking, absolutely no parties. Quiet hours from 10pm – 8am.NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS.Pets allowed with pet fee and agreement to pet policy. All pets must be registered. Failure to register your pet will result in a $200 unauthorized pet fee.We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.We ask that each guest complete this identification process and purchase either a deposit or waiver. The $500 deposit comes with a $15 transaction fee and the waiver costs a flat $35 to purchase. These costs are nonrefundable while the $500 deposit is refundable and will be released within 7-14 days after the reservation ends.This process is meant to protect both us as hosts and also you as a guest should unexpected damage occur on the property.CANCELLATIONSThe cancellation policy will apply to all bookings.
