There are two bedrooms on the lower level that share a bathroom with tub and shower, and a powder room with a washer/dryer on the main level.Banley Ridge is located in Epworth in the heart of the Cohutta Mountains, a 25-minute drive from both downtown Blue Ridge and McCaysville, and close to popular destinations like Mercier Orchards and activities like hiking, fishing, boating and skeet shooting. Ample parking in driveway.The Neighborhood:This cabin is up a long road and is about 25 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, or any other area that provides goods and services. Please keep that in mind when planning meals. Downtown Blue Ridge is a fun place to dine and shop, however a lot of the restaurants close early and open late, as they are run by local families. Please make sure to make reservations or call ahead when you plan to dine downtown. We would be happy to make recommendations!Getting Around:This cabin is in the mountains. You will need a vehicle to reach the cabin. During months where there is snow, AWD/4WD is highly recommended.Other Things to Note:Please note that there is little to no cell phone reception in the area leading up to and at the cabin. However, we do provide very fast Wi-Fi for your use. Please ensure you download driving instructions prior to driving up to the cabin. Also, although the roads are paved, if there is snow on the ground, the roads can be slick and AWD/4WD is recommended. When the roads are clear, there is no need for AWD/4WD.Interaction with Guests:Although I will not be present at the time of check in, please feel free to message me with any questions you may have during your stay.
