It’s walking distance to major attractions and events in Woodland Park, and a short drive to much more in the Pikes Peak region! Local restaurants and breweries are just blocks away. You’re minutes from hiking trails including Rainbow Gulch and Rampart Reservoir, Catamount Reservoir, and the Ring the Peak trail system! For some R&R, feel free to visit any of the local salons or book a massage!The Space:The house is set up with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet, and Roku TV in the living room and each bedroom.Queen beds in both bedrooms and a queen sized La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa in the living room.Cozy up in the living room with the electric fireplace going. Enjoy a collection of games and puzzles, or kick back and watch TV.The full bath has a shower and tub combo.There is private parking — enough for 2 vehicles.We also have a great office set-up for those who may have to work while traveling, complete with external monitor, keyboard and printer. Not to mention, great views of Pikes Peak out the office window.Small, private outdoor area with propane grill.Linens and towels are provided as well as a basic starter kit of household supplies. Feel free to ask exactly what’s included in your reservation.This is a condo, so please be respectful of the neighbors who are very close.Heat only, no A/C.Guest Access:You will have access to the entire townhouse. There are no directly shared spaces, but you must be mindful that the neighbors share a wall with you as well as close outdoor quarters.The Neighborhood:This lovely condo is perfectly situated within Woodland Park. It’s walking distance from many restaurants and parks. The summer farmer’s market is just a block away!Getting Around:You’ll want a vehicle to get in and around the area. We suggest 4 wheel drive during the winter months. There is no public transportation in Woodland Park, and ride share services are limited.Interaction with Guests:I won’t be on site, but you can call, text or email anytime. If you need my help at the residence, I’m a short drive away.
