There is construction work being done during daytime hours. There is ample parking for you and your guests.The unit itself IS fully completed, cleaned and sanitized between each guestUnderstand you are receiving a DEEP discount due to the inconvenience of no amesites and the construction.What you are paying for:1. A clean and comfortable place for you and your guests to lay your head at night, with a FULL kitchen, cable ad view. FREE parking across the street from the beach.2. Location. Directly next to Coconut Jacks, walking distance to the Fish house, and Directly across the street from the beach, and Docs Beach house, jetski rentals, Cabana Rentals, drinks restrooms and more.Please make sure you have read the above BEFORE making reservations and arriving on site.
