The husbands and kids enjoyed the dock for fishing and feeding the ducks. The house was spacious enough to give the kids their own space downstairs, while the adults could hang out upstairs. Minutes from Bridgewater, Websters, Hales Ford, Jakes, Exxon, Harris Teeter. Easy to rent boats, get food, gas, and entertain the family. Host especially good with communication. A relief from the hassle of VACASA communications. A wee bit noisy due to bridge traffic and steady weekend boat traffic. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch with our coffee as the sun came up and cast lovely colors on the lake. The dock was a beautiful place to view the sunset. The location was close to the state park with nice hikes. We also enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and pool table. The kitchen was well stocked. I’m glad the food Lion was close. We did need to pick up hand soap, TP, and paper towels.
