The downstairs living room has a large Smart TV ensures you can access your streaming accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. etc. plus a DVD player.* KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen offers plenty of space and basic tools & utensils to cook delicious meals at home. The dining area seats 6.* BED & BATH: This home sleeps ten guests in three bedrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom, and 2 pull-out couches each with a queen bed (one upstairs, one downstairs). Each of the 2 full bathrooms has a walk-in shower.* OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES: The lush outdoor area has a fenced-in backyard (great for dogs!), and a deck area with seating and a grill.EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILSComplimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer. Hair dryers are provided in each of the bathrooms. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans.
