There is also room to store your toiletries & there are plenty of fluffy fresh towels.☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆The vibrant, updated kitchen offers efficient counter space to do meal prep, and plates, bowls, cups, and kitchen gadgets are supplied. There is plenty of room in the fridge to keep your drinks and groceries cold along with open cupboard shelving to store your food and snacks. Brew delicious coffee in the coffee maker or enjoy pour-over coffee from the stove. This home is just minutes from many great restaurants, breweries, bars, coffee shops, breakfast joints, and sidewalk cafes to enjoy the taste of the Southwest on the go.☆☆ CONVENIENCES ☆☆- You’ll be able to connect with strong Wi-Fi throughout the property.- This home offers separate mini-split air conditioning & heating to keep you cool in the summer & warm in the winter.☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆The large, sunny backyard area is shared with the other side of the duplex. It’s rustic urban ambiance makes a relaxing space to enjoy coffee in the morning under 2 shaded dining areas, catch some afternoon rays, or enjoy an evening fire in the firepit. You might see a Cooper’s hawk, roadrunner, cardinal, or a vermillion flycatcher on your stay. The property is a duplex with another unit on the South side of the building & the backyard is shared. There is ample free street parking right in front of the house.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE—————————————- Please note that during the months of June to August, we have a minimum booking requirement- If you need extra space, the studio/1BA unit next door is also available to rent. To check out the listing, click on Bree’s photo, or message us & we’ll send you the link.- Longer-term stays may be permitted on a case-by-case per guest & host agreement.- Your hosts Bree & Bear do not live on the property but we do live nearby & can be reached by message or phone between the hours of 8AM-9PM Tucson time.HOUSE RULES———————–If you book with us you are agreeing to uphold the following house rules:- You have two parking spots available in the driveway for use during your stay. There is also free street parking, but we are not responsible if your car gets towed for being parked in a non-designated spot.- We cannot accommodate special requests for specific cleaning products, linens, etc. but we are practicing COVID safe cleaning methods & using antibacterial products- No mailbox access is given. Guests may have packages delivered to the front door, Amazon locker, or P.O. Box, but we are not responsible for items you have delivered.- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.- We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleaners’ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out.- No parties or events are allowed, & quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily.- All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation & do not have any unapproved visitors.- As future guests may have pet allergies, no pets are allowed. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.- No smoking (of cigarettes or marijuana) & no drug use is allowed on the property.
