There is also free street parking, but we are not responsible if your car gets towed for being parked in a non-designated spot.- We cannot accommodate special requests for specific cleaning products, linens, etc. but we are practicing COVID safe cleaning methods & using antibacterial products- No mailbox access is given. Guests may have packages delivered to the front door, Amazon locker, or P.O. Box, but we are not responsible for items you have delivered.- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.- We do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins, but due to our cleaners’ tight schedules, check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. There is a $50/hour fee for late check-out.- No parties or events are allowed, & quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily.- All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation. Please do not have more guests than stated in your reservation & do not have any unapproved visitors.- As future guests may have pet allergies, no pets are allowed. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if this rule is violated.- No smoking (of cigarettes or marijuana) & no drug use is allowed on the property.
