Two additions have been added to the original frame. Bavarian Farm Schoolhouse welcomes you with an open floor plan. Lots of natural light brightens the great room which includes living, dining and kitchen.All of the living area is on one level. It is a gentle flow from the common area to a hallway for the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The laundry area is also off this hallway.This home sits in a bucolic country setting; the tasteful landscaping compliments the stamped concrete patio and wrap around deck. A circular driveway provides ample parking for 3 – 4 cars. Wheelchair access is available via a walkway that leads from the driveway to a side door off the patio. One of the bedrooms and a bath are handicap accessible, built to ADA standards.
