Located on Beach Point, you are only minutes away from down town Provincetown entertainment, dining, shopping, dune tours, fishing and more! Enjoy the solitude of the rhythmic waves gently lapping the sand in front of your cute white cottage trimmed in green shutters encompassing nostalgic Cape Cod charm! Each cottage sleeps from 4-6 people and offers a full bathroom, a kitchen, a water facing living/dining space, and has parking for 2 cars (with overflow parking across the street). There is a gas grill provided! Be prepared with your own propane tank (5# green Coleman tank) and PLEASE clean after you use it! BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request!
