Bay front property in Beach Haven with 3 boat slips. 7 minute walk to the beach.Four Bedrooms, 2 baths. Brand new deck over looking lagoon and bay.Recent renovations with extended great room, deck, refurbished kitchen with new island, cathedral ceilings, staircase, central AC/heat, flooring , lighting , paint and many more.This year both bathrooms have been remodeled with new carpets, doors and paint in all bedrooms. This is in addition to last year’s new game room with attached bathroom was added on the ground floor next to the patio. The game room has views of the bay and include foosball, , ping pong, darts etc.Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping LBI has to offer.Please make a note of the following:1) You are welcome to use the boat slips but please do so at your own risk.2) Due to current pandemic situation we will not be providing linens and towels .3) 6 beach badges will be providedPLEASE MAKE A NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED SHEETS, LINENS AND TOWELS
