Bayfront location in Belmont Shore. Extra large patio with two tables/umbrellas. BBQ with the gas grill while watching the paddle boarders, boaters and sun bathers on the bay. Two paddle boards and one kayak available and included AT NO CHARGE (Nearby rentals are $30+ per hour). Also included is a pellet style Smoker ! Large flat screen with Direct TV in living room. Has assigned parking, which is very desirable and rare for the area. Short walk to the shops and restaurants on 2nd street, Belmont Shore. Great people watching and fantastic sunrise from the unit. Bayshore ave is closed to vehicular traffic from June 15 to Sept 15, 9 am to 5pm daily, creating a large “boardwalk” condition directly in front of the property. Please do not bring any undisclosed pets to the property for ANY amount of time as a $500 charge will be incurred.
