The 2 bar chairs next to it are perfect for sundown cocktails.From multiple study desks and Wi-Fi, there’s a host of facilities for digital nomads and guests working remotely.The home sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.Bedroom #1 and bedroom #2 are located on the lower floor: one with a full-size murphy bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both share a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.The top floor features #3 master bedroom with a king-size bed and common en-suite bathroom with large shower and jacuzzi tub.THINGS TO NOTE:-There’s an additional bathroom for guest use.-The home is not a primary residence. It’s for secondary use only that can be rented for 30 days or more at a time.-A security deposit will be required.-A washer/dryer is provided.-Parking is available.-EV charger in the garage.-Central AC and heat.-Key provided for HOA pools-Keep doors and screened windows closed to avoid insects.-Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250.
