This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours.- Please note the unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building, and we would appreciate being mindful of the volume of the activities that may occur.- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and, therefore, is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. Otherwise, if violations occur, you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count for each space.
