Aqua Pelican is decorated with you in mind – offering plenty of room and amenities.Modern stainless steel GE appliances compliment this well-appointed kitchen ready for the most discerning chef. Appliances include a Keurig coffee maker and coffee grinder for your convenience. The living area is comfortably decorated with enough space for evening family get-togethers.The main bedroom offers a comfortable bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third is equipped with a twin over double bunk and a second twin bunk. Plenty of room for everyone! Once you experience your vacation in Aqua Pelican, we’re sure it will become your vacation destination year after year.The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 2.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
