This home is just six miles from the Old Port, less than 13 miles from Freeport, and close to several beaches. Two floors of living and sleeping space easily accommodate up to eight guests with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. Down a private drive, you’ll feel secluded but are still close to everything Portland and southern Maine have to offer.The cozy living area features a large, flatscreen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The great room/dining area and kitchen offer fabulous ocean views. A bluestone patio with seating and grill can be accessed from the dining area. There is a well-equipped, full kitchen, powder room, bedroom with double bed and adjacent full bath, and a main suite with a new Avocado king mattress, full bath, and a private office.Two bedrooms (one with two twin beds, one with one twin bed) are found upstairs in the antique part of the house, as well as a three-quarter bath (tub). The staircase is steep and users must pay attention when on it. One bedroom (queen) with a built-in desk is located on the second story of the new part of the house, adjacent to a three-quarter bath (shower).Close to I-95 and I-295, visitors who need to bring work with them will find a quiet office on the first floor and complimentary internet access. A washer and dryer are located in the basement.
