Lazy Pine Retreat has everything you’ll need for a short trip or an extended stay, you will feel right at home as soon as you open the door.Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Year’s Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square.Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals, then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15-minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!INSIDE THE HOMELiving room: A perfect gathering place to read, play games and cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. A Smart TV allows guests to access You Tube Tv and their streaming accounts to enjoy a movie with family and friends. There is a fireplace to provide warmth and ambiance to your stay. The living room also features a Pacman arcade game for those looking for a challenge.Kitchen: This kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances featured are refrigerator, microwave, a coffee bar, dishwasher, oven/stove, toaster and blender.Bathroom: Located off the main living area, it includes a shower/tub combo, vanity and toilet. It has been stocked with all the necessary towels.Master Bathroom: Located in the master bedroom, it includes a shower/tub combo, vanity and toilet. It has been stocked with all the necessary towels and a blow dryer.Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a king size bed, smart tv, side table, dresser and lamp. Luggage racks and hangers are available in the closet.Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a king size bed, smart tv, side table, lamp and plenty of storage in the closet or the armoire. Luggage racks and hangers are available in the closet.Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a twin size trundle bed, side table, and closet space. Luggage racks and hangers are available in the closet.Bedroom 3: This bedroom is perfect for kids and even adults! This room features a twin over a full size bunk bed, smart tv, air hockey and the coziest Route 66 chair. There is no closet but the room does have storage space for clothes available.Laundry room: This home features a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for your convenience. Please feel free to use laundry pods and dryer sheets that are available to you. There is an iron and ironing board available too.OUTSIDE THE HOMEThe front yard is a peaceful place to enjoy your coffee and the Arizona weather. The outdoor area features a deck, propane gas grill, fire pit area with garden lights, an umbrella table and a swing. Beautifully landscaped with native plants and trees. In a serene and quiet neighborhood, Lazy Pine Retreat is perfect for daily walks. A short 5 minute drive will bring you to hiking trails if you’re feeling more adventurous.Both the front and backyard are fully fenced. Guests may use the front gate to pull their vehicle into the gated area should they choose. The backyard has been completely set up for our furry guests. It is fully fenced with a side gate to the front yard. There is a small sitting area for our two-legged guests as well. Pet fee is $115.00 for approved pet stays.BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It’s the guest’s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added.
