The residence features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a gas fireplace, air-conditioning, dining room, three creekside guest bedrooms.This gorgeous home also benefits from being an exclusive for The Travel Whisperer. This means that guests staying at 323 Beaver Creek Lodge have access to a range of services for the duration of your stay. All stays will have a Destination Host, who will be there to handle any requests during your stay. Your Destination Host is on hand to assist with grocery deliveries, restaurant recommendations, hiring a private chef, baby equipment rental and much more.The bedroom configuration of this lovely residence is as follows:Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroomGuest bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroomGuest bedroom with Two Twin over Twin Bunk Beds and en-suite bathroomGuests are able to access the communal pool, hot tub, and fitness facilities at the Beaver Creek Lodge as well as the free Dial-a-Ride shuttle service to any of the villages located in Beaver Creek Resort.This residence includes a complimentary refresh housekeeping service for stays of five to seven nights. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling and disinfected. Complimentary linen changes are included during the refresh housekeeping service on stays eight nights or longer. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price.
