If you are looking for the comforts of modern charm in your coastal getaway, this gem is sure to exceed your vacation expectations!We’re pleased to be able to offer our guests the following amenities:-1 garage parking space ( can accommodate a standard size SUV ) (10ft wide, 18 feet deep, and 6.5 feet tall )- Family Friendly- Shared Washer/Dryer- Air Conditioning/Heat- High-Speed Internet- Bedside sound machine- Black out curtains (in living room and bedroom!)Guest Access:This unit shares the washer and dryer as well as the outdoor shower with the other duplex unit. There is a secured access alley between the two units that makes it possible to rent both for parties of up to nine guests. Inquire with us if you are interested in booking both units!The Neighborhood:Located in the heart of Mission Beach just 8 blocks from the famous Belmont Park and roller coaster! Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and entertainment leaves you with endless things to do and places to explore! The best part is that it is situated just a few steps from both the beach and the bay! To one side you can enjoy the quiet serenity of the bay – try paddle boarding or simply lay out in the sand with a good book. To the other side, you can grab a surfboard and head to the ocean for some good San Diego surfing! Both sides offer miles of boardwalk – perfect for walking, running, or biking!! Whichever you choose, come home to an outdoor shower and sit out on your front porch swing to watch the sunset like a true local!Getting Around:This location is VERY walkable to restaurants, shops, rental stores and all the best beach spots.Other Things to Note:Occupants exceeding FOUR will NOT BE PERMITTED TO STAY PAST 10PM. (Children & infants are occupants)No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at anytime.For your safety there are outdoor cameras on the front door, back door, garage door and inside the garage laundry area of the property.No pets allowed here, sorry!San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying.
