This cozy little cottage located a half mile from Giants Neck beach includes a beach parking pass! Enjoy beach day’s soaking up the sun at the private beach or sunset beach strolls. This wonderful cottage is equipped with a nice yard and fire pit where you can unwind for the evening. Including 2 comfortable bedrooms, an open concept living area and bright newly renovated kitchen with all the amenities you will need to enjoy a meal or cocktails with one another. Off street parking is provided.The spaceIt features two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 people. One large bath and a small office setup with a desk and a chair. A fully equipped kitchen and island with 2 bar seats. The area off of the kitchen is equipped with 2 (or 4)chair table that soaks in the sunshine. A small patio with a table and 2 chairs looks out to the back yard. The firepit is surrounded with 4 chairs and all you will need to start a fire.
