This property sits centrally on the island, just minutes form Siesta Key Village and South Village which both have many dining, shopping, and entertainment options to explore during your visit.Excited for beach day? this property offers deeded beach access to Siesta Key Beach just a 7 minute walk away and use the provided beach cart for an easy trip. Enough sand already! Soak up the sun at the heated pool set beside the intracoastal waterway. Guests also have access to the park style grills, tiki hut, large grass lawn, fishing pier, and docks. Rent a boat for a day or your entire stay (boat not provided), park it for free at the community’s boat docks, also makes it a breeze to pick up / drop off the rest of your crew on boat day.The property is within a gate secured community among just a handful of other units. Arriving at the unit you will notice an ample sized front patio leading to the front door. Stepping inside you come into the living room and dining area. Furnished with sofa/loveseat set, flat screen TV with cable, and dining table with seating for 4. Moving further inside you come to the kitchen that is open to the living area offering seating for 2 at the countertop, furnished with a 4-piece appliance set among other small kitchen appliances and well stocked for most cooking needs. Moving towards the back of the unit you will come across the master bedroom furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and flat screen TV and offers an en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the guest bedroom that is furnished with two twin-size beds and a bunked full-size bed. The guest bedroom is also furnished with a flat-screen TV and has access out to the secluded back patio.
