This is your chance to do exactly that!!This 1 bedrm condo is located in Xanadu Villas, which is a 5 min walk to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. Xanadu is a gated community with a pool, lagoon and tennis courts. Condo on the third floor with an elevator for convenience. A balcony overlooking courtyard and lagoon for relaxing morning coffee. It has been completely remodeled in 2021, King bed, new appliances and everything you’ll need to cook in the new kitchen. It is very close to Coligny Plaza shopping, restaurants, bike path, and, most importantly, the beach.A twin air mattress is also included to accommodate a 3rd person.Laundry is a quad within 10 ft of your door, very convenient.This is suitable for a couple and one small child.
