The top level master bedroom has a 60″ Samsung HDTV & Blu Ray player and our open floor living room area has a 55″ Samsung HDTV w/ Blu Ray player. 2 of the bedrooms have a 40″ Samsung HDTV, 1 with a 32″ Sharp HDTV and 1 with a 24″ Samsung HDTV. We also upgraded to Premium HD cable package with high-speed WIFI throughout the house.The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art-stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops and a long breakfast bar area that has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room has a massive table that seats 10 people and the oversized living room has 2 three-seat sofas (w/pull out sleeper beds) and 2 comfortable accent chairs.The modern elegance of this beach home and it’s unbeatable location (beach block in the heart of Ocean City) make this the perfect vacation getaway!To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and sign. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and there is a $500 credit card hold which will be released to you within 7 business days from your checkout as long as no damages are reported.To reserve your week, we will require the following information which will be requested via the short-term rental agreement.- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement- Copy of individual’s drivers license or government ID- Home address- Home and cell phone numbers- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach housePlease note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets.
