The unit sleeps 12 with 2 of the bedrooms furnished with King beds, 1 bedroom with 2 Twin beds, and the 4th bedroom with a Pyramid bed (XL Twin over Queen with a Twin trundle).There is also an additional bonus room/office that has a Twin daybed with a Twin trundle. The Kitchen has a center island for added eating space and dining area has seating for 12. There is a furnished covered deck with Ocean Views! An outside shower and an assigned storage unit for all your beach essentials. Owner provides 10 Beach chairs and tags (not guaranteed).
