Located just steps away from a beautiful family friendly beach. Centrally located within walking distance to everything from miniature golf, ice cream, fish market, restaurants, bars, boardwalks, bakery, and fresh farm stand.This condo is 3 floors. The 1st floor features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen and living room area with a half bath and pantry off the kitchen. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and private full bath, a guest bedroom with 2 full beds, a full bath, and a washer/dryer. The 3rd floor has another master suite with a king size bed and terrace, a full bath with double sinks, and a guest bedroom with 3 twin size beds.There is a private fenced in patio in the back with a table, chairs, and grill for your enjoyment. There is also an outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach.This is a quiet family rental. No proms, tenants under 25 yrs old, and no large groups.No smoking, no pets, and no candle burning.Please bring your own linens, towels, and pillows.Security deposit required.Driveway with space for 2 cars.Saturday to Saturday rentals only (no mid-week starts).
