The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room has a massive table that seats 10 people and the living room has 2 three-seat sofas (one w/pull out sleeper bed) and 2 comfortable accent chairs.The modern elegance of this beach home and it’s unbeatable location (beach block in the heart of Ocean City) make this the perfect vacation getaway!To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout).To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you the short-term rental agreement:- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement- Copy of individual’s drivers license- Home address- Home and cell phone numbers- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach housePlease note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets.
