Please be mindful of your neighbors!-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)-San Diego Airport flight path runs over Ocean Beach. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!-There is 1 security camera in the front of the home facing the alley.-This home, like most beach bungalows in the neighborhood, does not have AC. We have provided portable fans and, with the windows open, the ocean breeze cools the house nicely!-This beach cottage does not come with assigned parking. For parking please park on the public streets.-Like many homes in the neighborhood, entrance is through the alley.ATTENTIONThis home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.PARKINGThere is street parking located on any of the city streets, just a short walk to the entrance of this home.
