Fully furnished & recently re-decorated with modern amenities to provide luxury accommodations for up to 8 people.Escape to the crystal waters and soft sandy beaches of beautiful Panama City Beach where you have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and you can ‘Sea 4 Miles’ from our 15th floor Gulf front condo (East Tower) at the beach inspired Calypso Resort and Towers.Relax and enjoy a cool drink at the NEW TIKI BAR located on the Gulf between the 2 pools.Calypso is directly adjacent to the blossoming PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex where LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, DAVE AND BUSTERS, TARGET (with basic groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, MARGARITAVILLE, DILLARDS, SOUTHERN THEATRES – a 16 Theatre Complex and many more stores are now open. The theatre features stadium seating, digital sound, a game room, advance ticketing over the Internet and a specialty café.Our condo has been professionally decorated with beach style furnishings throughout, which is in keeping with the exterior architecture and landscaping at the Resort.Your luxury accommodations include a Gulf front Master with King Size Bed, Private Bath, Walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and direct access to the hall bath. There is a three bedroom with bunk beds – perfect for the kids with twin beds. Free High Speed Internet access, and Hair Dryers in the bathrooms.All rooms are equipped with TVs. The living room has a very good quality queen size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms and the Living Room have black-out curtains for when you want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap.There are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom. The balcony, which spans the length of the unit has seating for 5 and is a perfect place for reading, dining, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.Our 15th floor location is just high enough to escape from the hustle and bustle below and offers you privacy that you do not have on the lower floors.There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Catamaran Rental and Banana Boat Rides. These activities can be arranged at the Beach side Kiosk for an additional fee.We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non peak weeks.We rent to families and adults 25 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION/IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND GIVEN
