Only 2.8 miles to Moonlight Beach, one of the most magical beaches in the world. White sand beach with all the amenities, volleyball, fire pits, kids playground, restrooms, snack shop and so much more! Moonlight is located within walking distance to all that downtown Encinitas offers, tons of great restaurants, shopping and the unique vibe of Encinitas.From the spiritual community at the Self Realization Institute located at Swami’s Beach, the mystic adds a lovely overlay to the laid back beach world of Encinitas. Bike and surf board rentals, restaurant blogs and community information is all provided to our guests. Legoland is 15 minutes away, the San Diego Zoo is about 40 minutes away. We are surrounded by gorgeous golf courses, hot air ballon rides, world class surfing and boogie boarding, and flower fields.This home is totally set up for families. There is one king bed, two queens, a full and twin bed. Beautiful home with comfortable living room with cozy fireplace, a huge dining table that seats ten, four bedrooms plus a garage filled with toys for all ages. There is an indoor basketball game, ping pong table, Malibu Barbie jeep, and tons of other games in the garage.The family room and kitchen are open concept with a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, granite kitchen counters, a kitchen island, comfy family room couches and chairs, plus a large screen TV. Wine bar and wine refrigerator as well.Outside the fenced yard offers a BBQ, comfortable fireable with chairs and umbrella. Perfect for the pet you couldn’t leave home without. We even have pet toys and water bowls!The master suite is elegant and offers a lovely master bath, soaking tub, shower and dressing area. Each bedroom has a TV except for the kids room. This home is located on a nice cut-de-sac within walking distance to great shops and restaurants.
