Recently remodeled spacious beautiful cottage in very desirable location. Near the Niantic Boardwalk, beaches, and the Niantic Children’s Museum! Unique corner lot with stone wall, newly built deck, private yard with a coi pond. Patio furniture available, charcoal grill and plenty of parking space to enjoy a picnic with family. Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. A 3-minute drive to the nearest beach. Also, minutes away from Foxwoods and Mohegan casinos! A few fishing charters are available in the area. There’s Oswegatchie Hills nature trail at a walking distance if you like to get fresh air and enjoy nature. It’s a great area close to many recreational areas, restaurants and shops!
