1305 Pelican WatchThis first floor villa has been recently renovated and is one of the few Seabrook properties with a true beachfront view and is great for a couple looking for an island retreat! Sitting on the Edisto River with views to the Atlantic Ocean, you will be treated to gorgeous water vistas.Walk in and immediately on the left is the king-sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. There is a flat screen TV with cable. You can use your computer at the deck in the window nook. Further down the hallway is a second full bathroom with shower.The main living area includes plenty of seating, with a flat screen TV/cable for your entertainment. There is a desk for your computer and wifi throughout. The living area is all tastefully decorated in bright, warm colors, providing a beach feel. A fully equipped, galley kitchen lies adjacent and is open to the main area. This well stocked kitchen also has coffee, Keurig and espresso machines. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the laundry closet.Head out the sliding doors to the porch overlooking the protected dunes on Pelican Beach and Edisto Rivier and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy dinner and drinks around the round table that seats four. Relax while watching the stunning sunsets over the sea, thanks to the west-facing position of that side of the island. Want to take advantage of the beach? Take the stairs off the porch and walk down the boardwalk to Pelican Beach. You are just steps from putting your toes in the sand and water. There are two sand chairs and a beach umbrella for your use.*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
