There are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a twin over full bunk bed. The living room has a Full sleep sofa. There is a fully applianced kitchen, washer and dryer, full bathroom, and enclosed screened porch with another full sized sleep sofa. We use this room as a third bedroom when needed.*********What sets our cottage apart from the others at Beach dreams? We are on a corner lot with neighbors on only one side. The sun room is over looking the woods. We recently upgraded the TV to a 42 inch high definition, and added a tv to the master bedroom. Our lot has a lot of grass space and privacy.
