No pets are allowed per Sterling Reef Association, and no smoking is permitted except on L3 in the designated area.THE SPACE:Inside, the spacious two-bedroom floor plan offers a kitchen with cooking necessities, three televisions with cable, internet access, and a washer and dryer. Immerse yourself in the Florida sun and fresh sea breeze from your private balcony. Enjoy the fresh sea air from the master bedroom sliding door with access to the balcony. The master bedroom has a King bed with a closet, dressers, and a shower/tub combo. The guest room has a Queen bed, dresser, and a nearby full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen provides many cooking amenities not seen in other units, including children’s plates/silverware, a coffee maker which makes K-cups and fresh pot coffee, and stainless-steel appliances. We provide a starter kit including shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, laundry, and dish soap to get you by until you get to the store or have groceries delivered! Stroll out to the white sandy beaches where you can play in the water, work on your tan or go shelling.
