Beach & Equestrian living with community pool, jacuzzi, gym, & pickleball courtsI bought this house after living at the beach for 20 years. I was tired of the marine layer fog during May, June, and July. Located in a private gate-guarded community, it is only 8 minutes to both Dana Point and San Clemente beaches, and 3 minutes to the freeway. Mountain bike and hiking trails are steps away. The house has travertine floors downstairs and vinyl plank flooring upstairs. I just remodeled the bathrooms too. There are 3 bedrooms with a downstairs office which you can work from. The backyard is actually bigger than it looks and is perfect for outdoor dining. There’s a built-in gas BBQ so you don’t have to worry about propane. The house is equipped with everything you would need for family fun as it’s my home and I have 4 grandkids. We would go to the beach and then head to the pool/jacuzzi afterward. There is a public golf course 2 minutes away and a pool, jacuzzi, workout room, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds within the community. Downtown San Juan Capistrano is amazingly fun with great restaurants and nightlife. 31-day rental. No cats. No smoking on premises inside or outside. Am allergic. Dogs okay. Must abide by CC&R’s and Rules and Regulations.
