Leave your car parked in one of the 3 spots provided – the town is very walkable, and one of our island’s free trolley stops is only a block away. “Beach Escape” offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation doesn’t skip a beat.This 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach house is tastefully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living space features the soft blues and whites of the nearby beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Cook your favorite meals to share with family and friends in the fully equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances). You can enjoy those warm gulf breezes with a book or a magazine on one of the several balconies. Outside, you can take a dip in your very own heated pool or light the gas grill for an al fresco meal at the table on the terrace. As always, we make sure you can stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! Kick back, relax and turn on the Flat screen TV to catch that flick you always wanted to see or that must-see sports game. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.**Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian**Please note this is not a party or large gathering house. Noise complaints will result in eviction**Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*…
