Our Seaside Villa The Sanibel not only impresses with its south-facing orientation, but also with its bright and friendly interior design. From the first day of your vacation, you will never forget the beach feeling. In the living area there is a TV incl. Sonos sound system where you can also stream music directly from your cell phone. There is also a TV and Sonos speakers in the outdoor area, which you can operate in sync with the indoor area or individually.Enjoy the sun all day long in the pool area. Relax on the sun loungers or cool off in the pool or spa, which are checked weekly by a pool service. And if the sun doesn’t show itself, both can be heated on request.Seaside Villa The Sanibel is also ideal for boaters. You can reach the open river from the boat deck in just a few minutes. If you are interested in hiring a boat, please contact us.Enjoy your dinner with friends and family with a view of the canal, which you can prepare in the outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue. The kitchen in the house is equipped with all the important utensils such as cutlery, crockery, coffee machine and a fridge with ice and water dispenser.The master bedroom with kingsizebed and direct access to the pool and the master bathroom has a TV. The master bathroom has two sinks, a large walk-in shower and a bathtub.Two additional guest bedrooms provide ample space for family and friends. One of the guest rooms has a queen-size bed and the other has a king-size bed. There is a TV in both guest rooms. The additional guest bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.The pool area also has an outdoor shower and a separate WC with washbasin.Seaside Villa The Sanibel leaves nothing to be desired.
