Recently renovated to include open concept living with a brand new Gourmet Kitchen and island. Granite counter tops, high ceilings and stainless steel appliances (including super quiet Bosch dishwasher and French door refrigerator with two ice-makers).Removed and replaced all forty year old Duct-work with brand new Flex Duct-work for improved air quality. This unit includes a large balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom. Unit 507 is located on the top floor of El Presidente offering breathtaking gulf views. Mirrors from floor to ceiling in the living room and dining area, so you can see the beach from almost anywhere in the unit.
