Lighthouse Towers faces the ocean, which means you’re not looking into someone else’s unit and no one is looking into yours. Parking is inclusive under cover offering full protection for your vehicle.The condo has been painted & updated and is in excellent condition. Kitchen includes granite, tile, modern white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, brand new pots & pans, new duel coffee maker/Keuring combo, crock pot, instant pot, air fryer and so much more. There’s carpeting in the living room & both bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to the balcony, a large bathroom with an oversized tub and deep walk in closet. The second bedroom has plenty of room and also encompasses its own full bathroom. This bedroom and the kitchen feature beautiful views of the inter coastal waterway.Included in the unit is a basket of beach toys for the kids along with beach chairs and tent and umbrellas for the adults and a cart making it easy to transport all. Imagine taking walks on the quiet beaches, searching for sea shells or sitting poolside. Soaking up the sun & watching the sunset. Firing up the grill and eating in the shaded shelter by the pool. Playing tennis, shuffleboard or shooting baskets, all within the premises. Maybe just relax & enjoy the hot tub. If you have a rainy day, play some of the games in the unit, put together puzzles or watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, HBO or Showtime on any of the three TV’s. There’s always something to do no matter the weather.Envision being close enough to the pier yet far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of your own private beach front setting.
