The main floor of the condo can be accessed via stairs or elevator from downstairs foyer. Double doors open to welcome you to a large hallway with travertine floors and recessed lighting. Walk to the right to enter the open floor plan living area and adjoining dining room. Wall to wall windows grace the beach side of the communal area. A large sectional sofa allows guests to relax and enjoy the view. Large dining table seats eight comfortably. Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and all Viking stainless steel appliances. Double door refrigerator has an in-door water and ice dispenser. Gas range has a separate faucet with instant hot water. Kitchen is also equipped with two sinks, a center island, dishwasher and microwave. A stairway from the living room leads to the downstairs second master bedroom and game room. The game room has a billiard table and a “surfboard” bar with barstools and a 60″ flat screen tv. Double doors from the game room lead to the downstairs master bedroom, with king sized bed, large tinted windows with perfect view of beach and bird sanctuary and the largest private bathroom of the unit.
