Description

Beach front, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Brand new home in 2016, beautiful finishes throughout. Direct access to the beach with a private staircase. Second floor balconies facing both the ocean and the marsh. Master bedroom suite with double sinks and walk in closet, 2 additional bedrooms with closets, and a den with a pull out daybed. Grill in the large yard for you to use.Please bring your own sheets and towels. The room with the twin beds are extra long and these sheets are provided. The bed quilts, pillows and kitchen towels are also provided. If you would like to rent your sheets and towels, Cottage Linens in Biddeford is a great option.The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required.
