Come relax in our home on the water.Park directly in front of your door and be on the sandy dunes within a few steps. This large sprawling home is fantastic for multi-families or smaller groups.This is a large roomy home. A bit rustic, but pet friendly and WATERFRONT!!We offer 4 bedrooms, 1 Living Room for the adults and one for the kids! Both with Large Smart TV’s for your binging!The kitchen, family room and dining area are arranged in an open room concept on the main floor.This home features 4 bedrooms, the master with a Queen and a single and an attached full bathroom (with a stand up shower), the second bedroom has a queen and the 3rd upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. The Fourth bedroom, downstairs, has two twin beds and a Queen bed. This unit can sleep up to 12 guests if you are a close-knit group!We have a deck on the back from which you can watch the sunrise and sunset.Even with a bit of modernizing, the property is a historical home that is now over 85 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. But even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.We are pet friendly with appropriate fees.• There are NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We are in a quiet, tight-knit, residential community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive noise to the Police and to us! Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property.Please understand that once a reservation has been made, we do not revisit/refund if you have reduced the number of guests or have chosen to not travel with your pet. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.
